BEVELED WINDOWPANE

Hey Crafters! Well the week-end is over and the start of another work week; "sigh" why can't work be TWO days and the week-"end" FIVE?! lol! For this project I used a new product from the Occasions Mini, Beveled Windowpanes (#121881) a cool new product. Actually most of the product on this card is from the Occasions Mini and includes; Clearly For You (#121911) stampset, Springtime Vintage (#121782)dsp, Rose Red Seam Binding Ribbon, and a Vanilla Rosette. The card is Soft Suede c/s, the sentiment is stamped with Teeny Tiny Wishes, I used the Stampin' Write Marker to ink one word at a time that was stamped on Very Vanilla c/s and punched out using the Jewlery Tag punch. Thanks for visiting!

SAB BLISS

Hello Crafters! This project was made with a FREE stampset from our Sale-a-Bration mini catalog...don't you just love free? The stampset is called Bliss and itsn't it beautifully "blissful"? (smile) The card is Pink Pirouette c/s layered with Whisper White c/s. The Whisper White layer is stamped with Pink Pirouette and Early Espresso classic inks. Another layer is added of Early Espresso c/s which is also layered with Whisper White c/s, again stamped using the same classic ink colors. A Basic Rhinestone jewel is on the stamped butterfly image. By the way a technique called "rock and roll" was used on that butterfly image, do you like it? You first stamp the image in your lighter color then "roll" the edges in your darker color, really helped the butterfly to pop I think. Before adding ribbon I used the Color Spritzer Tool and Early Espresso Stampin' Write marker to spritz the card a bit. Okay about the ribbon, it's Pretty in Pink but I'm okay with how it works. Thanks for visiting!

TEAM MEETING PROJECT

Hello Crafters! I had an eventful week-end; a class on Saturday morning, a team meeting Saturday afternoon and a workshop Sunday morning. I know it sounds like a lot but it sure was fun! Then our office decided to close today so I was able to spend the day creating, thank you honey! My project share today is a project my team made at our quarterly meeting on Saturday. I believe they enjoyed it. During our meetings we address business, celebrate promotions, address issues/concerns/questions and stamp...of course! This project is one we completed at Nashville Leadership which I shared in an earlier post. For our meeting we used the Ice Cream Parlor dsp from the Sale-a-Bration catalog, (which means it was FREE, yay) to decorate a Clear Mount Stamp Case. This also included the self adhesive die cut sheets. We added a tablet which we decorated with dsp along the top. My husband took these to a local office supply to have them cut down to 7 inches long. I think everyone enjoyed them, this is mine; I used the Owl Punch and the Punch Bunch stampset which is also from the Sale-a-Bration mini catalog. Cute do you thing? These will be Christmas gifts for sure this year to office staff where I work! Thanks for visiting!

NATURE WALK

Hi Crafters! Today's project share uses a stampset from the Occasions Mini that I adore! There is also matching dsp which I did not use for this project. The stampset is Nature Walk (#121925), the card is So Saffron c/s which is embossed using the Framed Tulips embossing folder (#121809) and the Big Shot. I then created my own dsp using the stampset and Whisper White c/s; the classic inks used are Chocolate Chip, So Saffron and Certain Celery...so simple, I bet you've done this a lot too, huh? The birdcage is stamped on Whisper White with Chocolate Chip classic ink that I cut out then layered with a dimensional. Thanks for visiting!

HELLO AGAIN VALENTINE

Hello Crafters and Happy Valentines Day. I hope your day was all that you wanted it to be. Today I'm sharing my last Valentine project, I have more but didn't have time to share them all so I chose this one as the last. I like how the Basic Gray c/s works so well as a Valentines card using Pretty in Pink and Old Olive c/s. I think I had to see it together to see that it worked, I mean I think it does anyway. The stampset I used is Hello Again (#113780). I like this sweet stampset, the main image is a flower but it also came with the heart that I used along with the flower stem, I'm sure you can tell that I used the Stamp-a-ma-jig to line the stem and heart up! LOL Well now on to creating Easter and Spring projects. Thanks for visiting!

ANNIVERSARY CARD

Hi Crafters! Tomorrow is my 40th anniversary (Yeah! I KNOW!!!) and I've spent the last couple of days designing a card for my husband. He is a very no frilly/glitzy type of guy so it actually takes me longer to design something simple for him! I'd be lying if I said we got married and strolled along "easy street" for 40 years. Like many couples we had our highs, lows and "totally sucks"; but we made it through it all. Am I boring you? Sorry, okay last thing, I thank God for my Juan and Only! The card is Always Artichoke c/s layered with Very Vanilla c/s. The hearts are stamped with I {Heart} Hearts stampset and punched with the Heart to Heart large punch. The sentiment is stamped with Something to Celebrate, a Level 2 hostess gift. Classic inks used are Always Artichoke, Cajun Craze and Chocolate Chip. Thanks for visiting!

LOOK MA, NO STAMPING

Hello Crafters! Sorry it's been a while between posts, trying to get caught up after my time out of the office this month. I made several Valentines cards before I left for Leadership that I haven't posted yet. This card required no stamping, hence the title! Last month Stampin' Up! sent demonstrators a little Valentines card with a sheet of Love Impressions Rub Ons from the Occasions Mini; sweet right? So I got right to work using them; the card is Basic Gray c/s, the dsp is Pretty in Pink. I used the large Heart punch and Whisper White c/s to punch the heart which I then "rubbed" on the heart hot-air balloon. I also used rub on on the Pretty in Pink dsp and added Dazzling Diamonds to the little heart in the middle of the rub on, it may be hard to see. The ribbon is Certainly Celery Satin.
