NEW PRODUCT SNEAK PEEK

Hey Crafters! Happy Monday! Today's card share uses Sale-a-Bration (SAB) product which won't be available until January 24th. Do you know about SAB? It's all about FREE! Yep, that's right, you get to select free product when you purchase a minimum of $50. In fact, for every $50 you purchase you get additional free items that you get to select! The card is Soft Suede c/s, layered with Natural Vanilla (LOVE it!) c/s. The dsp, ribbon and stamp are from the SAB catalog, gorgeous right?! The Poppy Parade c/s was cut with the Scallop Circles #2 die and the Big Shot, the stamped image is on Natural Vanilla c/s and was punched with the 2 1/2" circle punch. TIME FOR A FEW VALENTINES PROJECTS

Hey Crafters! Today's card share uses SUp!'s Heart Treat Cups, they also come as round treat cups. There are some fun projects you can make with these and I'll be showing a few within the next few weeks. This project uses Sierra Sand as the card base, the strip of dsp is Pretty in Pink from the Subtles dsp Collection. The scallop square c/s is Real Red cut with the Scallop Square Duo Bigz Die and the Big Shot. The stampset used around the treat cup is Sweetheart...love this one! A little embellishment with the small heart punch and Red Glitter paper and a strip of Whisper White 5/8" ribbon. Thanks for visiting!

IT'S BEEN A LONG WHILE

Hello Crafters! Yes, I'm back; sorry for the the lengthy delay in posting. I did not mean to take a leave from updating my blog but life took over, can you relate? I love a line from the movie The Coal Miner's Daughter (an oldie but a goodie) where the star, Sissy Spacek as Loretta Lynn has a nervous breakdown and shares with her audience something Patsy Cline (Beverly D'Angelo in the movie)told her. The line is (use Southern accent here)...girrl, ya got to live your own life...but my life was livin' me! That's the line and it's what happened to me these past few weeks. Sorry if that bored you, I have loads of movie lines that just pop up in certain situations, LOL. Okay, on to my card share; of course Valentine's Day is next month so I will be creating a few cards and projects for that. This is one we'll be creating in class this month, not everyone celebrates Valentine's so I tried to keep this one a little generic thinking it could be used for an anniversary or wedding. The card is Early Espresso c/s layered with Whisper White c/s. The stampset is I {Heart} Hearts, the ink is Old Olive and Real Red classic. The red heart is punched with our large heart punch using our Real Red Glitter Paper, I LOVE this paper! Doesn't that little heart just add a little sump'n sump'n? Thanks for visiting.
