SNOWFLAKES
I am getting some MILEAGE out of that "forgotten" stamp set! Here is another card using the snowflake and sentiment from the set; I used Soft Suede c/s and the Christmas Cocoa dsp from the Holiday Mini. I embossed the snowflakes with our white embossing powder directly on the dsp. Please e-mail me if you would like a copy of this mini catalog. Thanks for visiting!

CHRISTMAS PROJECTS
I thought I'd share a few Christmas projects for a little bit. I've made quite a few cards, some you'll never see! LOL! That ever happen to you, you have a great idea in your head and it sketches out cute but then you put it together....TRASH TIME! But some I liked and will post here. Remember that "forgotten" stamp set I posted about earlier? Well, I used it again here! Best Wishes and More is what it's called. I also used Bashful Blue, Whisper White and Night of Navy c/s. I used VersaMark to stamp the snowflake on the Night of Navy and I used our white and silver embossing powders to emboss the snowflakes on the Whisper White and Bashful Blue. The sentiment is also from the same stamp set. Thanks for visiting!

LOVELY AS A TREE
I have had this stamp set on my Wish List for 2 years! LUCKY me it wasn't retired and is in the current catalog...I HAD to have it! This is a great stamp set for fall, Christmas...even a camping card or scrapbook page! It's item #115026. I used Always Artichoke and More Mustard c/s and Autumn Traditions dsp. The sentiment is from the Teeny Tiny wishes stamp set. If you have not seen this you should really check it out! There are 24 stamps, a sentiment for every occasion! Not to mention it works beautifully with the Word Window punch which works beautifully with the Modern Label punch; of which I used both! Thanks for visiting!

FORGOTTEN STAMP SET
Today I was looking around my stamp room for a stamp set to use to create a card; I wanted to create another fall (surprised? lol!) card and was looking for a different stamp set to use. That's when I found it, a stamp set I bought last year for a special scrapbook project; Best Wishes & More. How could I forget I have this? It's a great all season stamp set, and it's in the current catalog (#111602) too! I made the following card using it and Chocolate Chip c/s and Autumn Meadows dsp. It's a simple card but I was happy with the results, I hope you enjoy it also. Thanks for visiting.

STILL LOVIN' FALL!
It has finally cooled down to the high 80's here but the news announced tonight that we'll be back in the triple digits later this week!! It's hard to believe it's the middle of October! I'll probably be posting a lot of fall cards to commemorate the season because we're sure not seeing it! Here's another call I created for fall; we'll be creating this one and the one from the previous post in my October class. I used Autumn Days stamp set again (LOVE IT) and our Oval All stamp set for the sentiment, plus black and creamy caramel c/s, and our black striped 1 1/4 grossgrain ribbon. The 2nd picture is of the inside of the card. Don't you love making your own background paper? Card stock, ink and stamps and you can specifically design your background for your project! Leave me a comment to say hello if you like. Thanks for visiting!

SCALLOP PUMPKIN
This past week-end my friend, Linda, went to a conference where she saw a demonstration of this pumpkin...she came home and made one then sent me a picture, THEN of COURSE I had to make this TOO CUTE fall decoration! Simple, easy, CUTE...is there anything better than that??? I used the #2 Scallop Circle die and the #2 Leaves die, both with the Big Shot of course. Thanks for visiting!

HAPPY FALL Y'ALL!
I love fall...I KNOW; I live in Southwest Arizona so HOW can that be?! You're right, no falling leaves, no chill in the air...doesn't matter! The majority of my life was spent in California where we HAD fall and I loved it then and still do! I love the colors associated with fall; the oranges, yellows, etc. Arizona is home now and while we don't exactly get a chill in the air here in good ol' Buckeye, it does cool down to the high 70's!! Quite a difference from the HIGH 112's!! I do love living here and while there are no fall colors when I look out my windows I CAN put those colors in my fall projects! So here's a card I designed using Always Artichoke, More Mustard and Close to Cocoa c/s; the leaf was die cut with our Leaves #2 die and the Big Shot - I adhered a piece of the Autumn Traditions dsp to chipboard before cutting. I also used the Autumn Days stamp set. The stitiching below the ribbon is "faux" stitching! My first time using that on a project; so simple but a way to add just a little "sump'n-sump'n"! Thanks for visiting!
